AMA Advanced Materials SRL encourages anyone who becomes aware, in the course of or in connection with their working relationship, of actual or suspected violations to report them, including anonymously, through confidential and secure channels.
Reports may concern breaches of the principles and provisions set out in the Code of Ethics, the Organisation and Management Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, company policies and procedures, as well as, more generally, applicable laws and regulations.
AMA Advanced Materials SRL is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the persons involved, the facts reported and, in particular, the identity of the whistleblower. Once the credibility and reliability of the information received have been assessed, all reports, including anonymous reports, will be handled by the Persons Responsible for Managing Reports in accordance with the “Whistleblowing Reporting Management Procedure”.
Personal data and information collected as part of the reporting procedure will be processed solely for the purpose of managing and following up on the report, carrying out any necessary investigations into the reported conduct, and adopting any appropriate measures. Such processing will be carried out in compliance with applicable laws, including data protection legislation. The purposes, methods and conditions governing the processing of personal data by AMA Advanced Materials SRL are described in the relevant Privacy Notice.
